Payment and Insurance

To provide the very best care, our practice is out of network with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of your appointment by credit card. Fees range from $180 to $460 for follow-up appointments and you can expect to be seen weekly during the initial phase of treatment. We will be happy to provide you with invoices to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to verify your out-of-network reimbursement rate for mental and behavioral health services (codes 99213 + 90833, and 99213 + 90836).

Your policy may include a yearly, individual out-of-pocket maximum. In this case, you will be reimbursed nearly in full when you reach this maximum. This may make ongoing care very affordable. Please inquire with your insurance about your individual out-of-pocket maximum for out-of-network mental health services.

Your First Appointment

Your first appointment will be an in-depth 90 minute consultation. We will get to know you, discuss your concerns, review your history, and identify treatment goals and options. Please note that minors require consent from all legal guardians to undergo consultation.
